The products will be shipped by the Company, within a maximum of 5 working days from placing the order, if they are in stock and the payment method is refund or payment online, through the card processor. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will be sent within a maximum of 5 working days after the presentation of the proof of payment (by e-mail to office@wasi.ro) or after the payment has been registered in the Company's account. The transport is carried out by express courier, at the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The customer will be notified via e-mail about the time of sending the order. The company does not assume responsibility for the delay, damage or loss of the package after its delivery to the Courier.


According to the O.U.G. 34/2014, only individuals can give up the purchased goods. The period for giving up the products expires within 14 days from the date on which the Customer enters into physical possession of the purchased products. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform the Company at the e-mail address office@wasi.ro or using the contact form, regarding the decision to withdraw from the Contract, without invoking the reason for withdrawal.
The return will be made under the following conditions:

  • As our products are sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they have been unsealed by the consumer, the returned products must be intact (in the same condition in which they were delivered - containers bearing the seal, labels, boxes or any packaging), including gifts or samples and related documents.
  • If the products have been unsealed, used or do not meet the above conditions, WASI PERU S.R.L. will not have the obligation to comply with the request to exercise the right of withdrawal and to return the amounts paid by the Customer.
  • The products must be properly packaged for transport so that their quality and integrity are not affected.
  • Reimbursement of the value of the products is made in max. 14 days from the receipt of the package with the returned products, at the Company's headquarters. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the package you returned.
  • Reimbursement of the value of the products will be made strictly by bank transfer. For this, please indicate a valid IBAN account when you send us the decision to withdraw from the Contract.

  • The cost of transportation will be borne in full by the customer. You can opt for any express courier service, with delivery to the above address;
  • Keep the AWB from the carrier as proof;
